My therapist was okay. Other than showing up looking soaking wet (water literally dripping from their hair), he seemed to listen and understand. I actually liked the pathways, which is why I signed up. I went to a session and decided I would like to be in person so I canceled. Cancellation was bugging, so I had to find an alternate way to do it. This was WELL BEFORE 14 DAYS! I was told I am not getting the refund anyways. I cancelled within the time frame, met with my expert, and did everything I was supposed to. On top of that, they charge a $30 cancellation fee. This company preys on vulnerability and takes advantage of people going through a difficult time. Now, not only am I having marital issues but I am $150 down the drain for NOTHING!
OurRitual has been a great resource for me and my husband, supporting us in building resilience in the face of some stressful family situations, and also working through old triggers. We were paired up with an amazing therapist, who is a great fit for us, who lives across the world but whom we really love. The technology side has been a little clunky; weโve run into a few issues with the online application. But overall, I think this is a good deal and super helpful.
