Ordered a white dress hoping it be amazing but it has blue pen ink marks all over, rips near stitching like an extremely fat person had worn it and used it for a while and the fabric was really cheap. What's worse is that they don't refund the amount if it's COD and even after 10 days, they have not issues a COUPON CODE for the store credit either. 2000rs may be a small amount for them but it isn't for me. They're frauds.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This are cheaply made clothes being sold at a 500% markup. I initially bought from him in March for an international trip. I paid for the fastest shipping option, only for my package to arrive a day after my departure and for a portion of my package to go missing. I tried get a refund went back and forth with them to no avail, they are one of the company’s that ONLY do store credit. The pieces were so cheap it was disgusting.Now here we are in June, I forgot I had $300 worth of store credit went on there site something that looked okay, and when it arrived… same deal cheap clothes. Not to mention it cost $235 for a two piece short set.Since March they have added an additional $30 to $40 for each item, just an awful company with low values, trying to make a dishonest dollar!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I wish they had a BBB page!
I bought a white dress and wore it only once. The metal elements stained the fabric with rust, and the boning is poking through the material, which has already torn. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid. I emailed the company to report the issue, but they never responded. Terrible customer service and very poor quality product. I do not recommend shopping here.
I ordered $600 worth of clothes that were never delivered and I reached out to them multiple times about this and never heard back. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service especially for such a large company. Would not recommend ordering unless you want to spend a bunch of money , have it not be delivered and then not hear back when you reach out about it.
