I bought two crochet dresses both of which are literally shein quality and you can’t get a refund, only store credit. Also, when I placed my order they never sent a dispatch email until I followed up with customer service who then sent the tracking links. There was no delivery updates until my order arrived which was very inconvenient. This business is very disorganised and extremely over priced for what you get.
