They were patient, understanding, and quick to respond, even when the situation was stressful on my end. Amanda and the team were kind from start to finish, and I appreciate how they took accountability and made sure I was taken care of. The customer service alone makes me confident about ordering again.
I made a purchase as I seen an ad for a lovely dress! It should be made more clear that you are not able to get your money back and can only get store credit when you make a return. The only reason I will be shopping here again after this return is so I don’t waste the £70+ I cannot get back from you! This is a scam! Your size guide was incorrect as I used my measurements to pick this dress and it was too big! Cannot trust this brand!!
I’ve been shopping with Outcast for about 2 years now! And I’ve never been let down! Clothes are always amazing and perfect for any occasion! Even if I have a little oppsie with something they are quick to help me and get it fixed ! I’ve got 4 friends and sister to shop with them and they are obsessed !!
The return policy is a complete scam. They don’t honor returns and deny you even getting store credit. Funds being returned to your account is never even an option, and you have to opt for store credit. Customer service is a joke. Half of these positive reviews are from the business being posted on or around the same day when the same verbiage
