The delivery was prompt, and the customer service was excellent. The bras are comfortable and made from a lovely soft material. However, I'm facing some challenges with the sizing. I ordered three bras of the same make and size; one fits perfectly, another is a bit snug, and the last one has a strap that digs in. I'm hopeful that these issues will improve with wear and stretching. I also tried a different style with the same sizing, but it turned out to be too small in the cup.
The bras I received were too small. I initiated a return and requested a larger size. The support team advised me to gift the ones I had and provided a complimentary coupon to reorder the correct size. I found that to be fantastic. Thank you!
These bras are the most comfortable I've ever worn. While other wireless options often lack support, these offer great lift, allowing me to wear a bra all day without discomfort for the first time in years. Additionally, the support team was fantastic in assisting with size exchanges. I suggest sizing up if you're between sizes or have uneven breast sizes, as that's also their recommendation.

I really love these bras! I normally wear cheap sports bras because they are the only ones that don’t hurt my shoulders and ribs. After wearing these all day for a week I am putting all my unflattering sports bras in the closet! These new bras are comfortable on my shoulders, around my ribs AND they flatten out my back fat really well! I will certainly be buying more when I need them!
