We have very large Goldador, who LOVES flushing birds, hunting and adventuring. But where we live is often covered with cheat grass, saw grass, and other things that can get stuck in his sinuses or behind his tonsils. This product is both comfortable for him, and rugged! Works great - so thankful for a product he can wear that protects from the elements! - ( and saves on our trips to the vet!)
These masks have been a lifesaver for my dogs! We live in an area with lots of foxtails and had to do many removals before finding these. Well worth the price, especially when compared to a vet bill. And they can drink water wearing it without issues!
Over the last 6 months or so my dog has decided that she really likes scavenge for yard snacks(leaves, mulch, acorns, etc). This guard has been helpful in preventing her from eating stuff outside that she shouldn’t be eating and helping her to focus on the reason we are outside(walks, playtime, and using the potty). It took her only a few trips outside to get use to wearing it. Now she knows it’s part of the processes and she calmly waits while I put it on her. The mesh has give to it(isn’t rigid) so that she can still sniff and inspect her surroundings while we are outside. It shipped and arrived very quickly.
The OutFox field guard and customer service are awesome! My beagle has a super high prey drive and had gotten a few painful eye ulcers from running with her nose to the ground following the scent of deer or rabbits. We tried protective goggles, but she didn’t tolerate them. I ordered an OutFox field guard, tossed in a few treats and popped it on her, expecting her to protest, but within just a few minutes we were off on a run through the field and she acted as though she didn’t even know it was there! We’ve used it about a month now, and no more eye issues! The owner was great helping me figure out what size to order, and was just really nice to talk to and deal with. Highly recommend this product and company!
