I was ordering cycling jerseys as a Christmas Gift and left it too late to take advantage of receiving samples for sizing, but no worries the sizing chart was spot on and 5 jerseys were gratefully received for Xmas and they all fit. I would suggest that if in doubt, go for the larger size else you will have a 'race' fit.
