I still haven't received my order as it seems to have vanished from my back garden where the delivery person left it, despite the instructions to leave it next door. I understand that the company is looking into the issue, but I'm starting to worry that I may not receive the boots I ordered, especially since they might go out of stock.
I cannot recommend this retailer at all. There seems to be something very off about them—either they're selling counterfeit products or something similar. The customer service is terrible, and they operate under a name that has received poor reviews. It's likely they changed their name to escape negative feedback.
