Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered our garage door over a month ago. Once the deposit was taken I received zero updates as to whether the door had been ordered or when delivery might be. I chased on several occasions to which the receptionist couldn’t provide any updates. I emailed asking for a refund and to cancel the order and this is the only time they promptly replied to me. Not convinced they ever even ordered it! Wouldn’t recommend. Waste of time.

Wouldn't recommend Oxley garage doors to anyone.Had garage door fitted 18 months ago. After 10 months marks, creasing and chips appeared.Then the door started to bag up ( curtain gets stuck in side channels and continues to unwind)Had Oxleys down, they did a 75% service foc.However bagging up happened 7 more times.After several visits from them including MD.They said they didn't know why. I then did my own investigation and found that the door laths were catching on the side rails. They wouldn't agree with me. However I ended up paying for a new curtain, and their fitter who fitted it agreed with me and did a modification to stop this he noticed that some of the end caps in the laths were loose which would catch on the side plates. So for me their 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
Roller shutter door. Installation error lead to webbing being ripped off and damaged slats.Company would not take full respsonsibility for the above when faced with evidence that the install had been botched. Do not use this company. Please look elsewhere.

We are a charity that has Oxley Shutters over the windows and doors.These have proved to be unreliable and temperamental. Oxley, in fairness, have been quick to come out every time they fail, however their charges for repairs and call out are ridiculous. The last 'engineer' inflated the time his repair took and a 40 minute repair was charged at 2 hours.Therefore a significant amount of our funds, which should be used to help our clients, has found its way into the pockets of Oxley Shutters.
A guy came out to measure us up for a garage door for us. That was 2 weeks ago. So 2 days ago we rang to get the quote as they had not called us, we were told that Steve would call us back and still nothing. Not impressed as we are in business ourselves and would not treat customers in this way! Still waiting for a quote!
