Things ended up working (I still hope anyway), but what a hassle...especially when using Oyster on location they actually do not manage directly like UAE - but of course they don't say it beforehand, you end up stuck between their team and the actual partner team in charge, so- it takes ages for the simplest request (like off cycle payment), - you are promissed things that you do not get, like specific health benefits packages agreed before signing but their partner change without warning- joined only by mails, usually to only 1 of your people, and through a platform, so multiple interactions with various people changing all around, that you cannot even call to resolve quickly a matter, and you spend ages cc everyone from your team to understand what is going on.

you have made several mistakes in cases of people we hire in the Netherlands which made it escalate to law cases, and harmed the people affected so badly - it happened twice, and you provided no solutions to the cases

Payroll Late, Not Informed

Customer support is lacking and they fail to communicate issues before we bring them up. Payroll was randomly late and they waited for us to reach out when our team member was not paid instead of informing us they had an issue.
