While searching for an outdoor bar fridge with glass doors, I found an ad that looked perfect but turned out to be just a display cabinet. After contacting the service via email to resolve the misunderstanding, they offered a refund minus a cancellation fee. I was very impressed with the communication throughout the process. Although I don't currently need any items from them, I would fully recommend this service to anyone interested in future purchases.
The worst service I have every come across want you to make payments and send reminds if there is issues but no communication when order is fully paid for it’s been 6 weeks since order was placed .. and I have had to chase 3 times there phone number is automated and you get no one
*UPDATED* Have now had to commence official action as per discussion with CBS. It’s been 2 months with no outcome and still fighting for a refund. AVOID. AVOID! Terrible quality of product straight out of China. No instruction manual so they organised a handy man free of charge which was great. Shame the quality of the product was that bad the handy man couldn’t even put it together properly. Now having to fight for a refund.
