There are a lot of companies to choose from when looking to book a trip to French Polynesia and believe me I searched them out. I ended up landing on a company Pacfic for Less. I just didn’t end up here because their prices were better than others , I primarily ended up choosing them for the gracious patient customer service. I knew nothing about French Polynesia even though I’m an experienced traveler. This place was all new to me and I needed guidance. Well Claudia from Pacfic for Less worked with me tirelessly with the itinerary we ultimately landed on. Never once did she rush me along or put me off when I had questions , concerns or just plain couldn’t make up my mind. She was informative and patient with me and so I felt safe and in good hands. I chose right , the trip we planned was a success and everything was taken care of 100 percent. Even when there was a small glitch Claudia to the rescue and all was resolved quickly. I thank her so much for making this trip so easy breezy and worry free. Pacfic for Less is a trustworthy reliable company and their agents are there for you always.
From the first phone call to end of trip to Bora Bora, Tahiti and Moorea, it was a FLAWLESS experience. Claudia and her team at Pacific-For-Less were fantastic to work with! I've used a larger travel agency in the past to visit Moorea/Bora Bora and had a great experience as well, but with the PFL Team, I felt more connected on a personal level and like part of their family. The PFL team not only listens to your expectations and travel desires (what you want out of your trip), but also takes your budget into consideration with helping customize your trip to French Polynesia. The add-on of Customs Fast-Pass was well worth the few extra dollars to avoid long lines after an 8 hour flight at 5am local time. PFL is great to work with especially if you have airline miles and are comfortable booking your own flights to/from the U.S. to Papeete.....they take care of everything else. No question I will be using Pacific-For-Less again in the near future and have already referred them to a few friends looking to visit the most beautiful part of the world!

Claudia and her team made our dream vacation absolutely perfect. We spent our anniversary at the St Regis and the Westin. Pacific for Less took care of ALL of the details. We realized to what extent after we arrived, and everything was just taken care of. We literally didn't have to do anything except enjoy ourselves. Every recommendation made by PFL materialized to be the perfect option. The St Regis is top notch. The property is beautiful but the service - wow. You'll never experience better or a more personalized service than you do here. The Westin had breathtaking views, and everything was still brand new and beautiful. When thinking French Polynesian, forget Costco and use Pacific for Less. They will not disappoint!
We used Pacific for Less for our honeymoon in August 2025 to Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora. I was nervous to start because i’d never used a travel agency before and wanted to make sure they were legit, would be responsive to problems etc. all my concerns were for nothing though we had the smoothest trip i’ve ever had. Their drivers were always ready to pick us up and super helpful, the activities we selected were a blast and hotels were great. They did a great job prepping us for what to expect, providing a menu of activities at our various resorts, suggesting and making dinner reservations and listening to our needs. I really wanted the Sofitel on Moorea for our first hotel due to their snorkeling and they put together a great trip there and to the westin on bora bora and it was cheaper than booking direct through hotels. Highly recommend!
The ladies at Pacific for Less did a fabulous job arranging a dream vacation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. They worked with our available budget and travel needs to build us a smooth itinerary. Our stay at the St. Regis was absolutely amazing and we can't wait to go back one day. Cathi did magic massaging our available dates into something that fit our busy work schedules, and then made recommendations to make it fit our budget. She took the time to listen to our feedback after the trip, as well. Monika was a pleasure to work with making arrangements for our dinner reservations and off-resort excursions. She was incredibly knowlegable with the ins and outs of the excursions she recommends, and took time to promptly answer all my crazy questions. And finally, Jeanna was a pleasure to work with helping us set up monthly payments to help keep the trip from being such a jolt to our family budget. I recommend PFL for any French Polynesia travel needs!
We have been to Bora Bora over 10 times and while I am capable of planning my own vacation, I ALWAYS use PACIFIC FOR LESS when traveling to French Polynesia! Cathi is my go to resort planner. This trip she booked us 5 adjacent villas at Le Bora Bora hotel for our staff retreat, making sure we spent as much time on island and as little time lingering in the airport. Her colleague Monika seamlessly arranged 3 scuba days, nightly dinners, tours, jet skis and sunset cruises for 13 people. When we arrived, the Concierge had it all down and we were free to just enjoy without stress! The icing on the cake was a late checkout from the Royal Villa. This allowed our group to enjoy the last day and shower before our 7 pm departure. Thanks to the PFL Team for making our stay smooth and memorable!
