No judgment, just good ol' fashioned HELP.

Most important there was no script. Customer service reps reading from a script are very scary to me. The two gentleman who assisted me on my initial call, were knowledgeable, presented no judgement, answered all my questions and never hurried me off the phone. Excellent customer service and although I'm in the very early stages of my enrollment, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Craig, Justin and Marcella.
