Well I was certain I was leaving One Click this year as their renewal quote was quite high... A quick chat to Sasha (SM5) and she managed to match the price of the cheapest quote AND the cashback on offer.
I'm glad as the company has been great for my home insurance and I feel that if their was a problem they would be right there to sort me out!

Was very polite and knowledgeable about the problem I had and we worked together to sort it out I was going to leave the company as a customer but after her advice and help I decided to remain so well done and if all other people I come into contact with did the same a better place it would be thank you very much and hope I will stay with you for a long time.
This year’s quote was slightly higher than last year’s, and I found a cheaper one online. I contacted the team, and they matched the quote I had received elsewhere and even reduced the fee slightly. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the person I spoke with — and even more impressed with the final price.
Do not insure with them! Awful. Stressful. Despicable!
They pass you between departments.
We had a bump and the third party sent 3 letters to them about the claim and they did not respond. They only responded after I queried something. The third party were not given our details and we were not told there was even a claim open.
To be fair to the people that dealt with my complaints in chat and the complaints team they have been very good BUT I shouldn’t have to raise a complaint to get treated with good customer service!!
Stay away - they might be a few £ cheaper but there is a reason for that!!
I have been with OneClick for two years and although I didn't need to claim, their online portal is very easy to use and their prices were the best I could find. I needed buildings cover this time to go with contents cover and sadly, they couldn't beat the quote I had received elsewhere. Nevertheless, SM5 was very helpful in the LiveChat session and resolved my query perfectly. I will definitely keep them in mind for future quotes.
Online chat refuses to load. You click on a another contact link and it takes you to a 404 page not found sounds like this company is struggling with its information technology. I’ll have to phone them instead and do it the old-fashioned way.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with, there was no one to talk to over the phone it was just a live chat service, they were so unwilling to accept my no claims policy letter I had sent, it was excuse after excuse, they may be cheap but cheap is not always better, I would now get my insurance through a reputable company
I purchased a new policy online today, as it seems there’s no other option available these days. The online quote included various items, but I later found out they weren’t part of the policy. I feel misled and was informed that there’s a cancellation fee. Two hours spent online felt completely wasted.
