Gentle Patches are just complete con artists. I thought I was purchasing a one off 13.99 item and was charged £92. I have been e-mailing continuously for 3 weeks asking for return instructions - every time I get a response it's as if it was my first e-mail and they ask for all the details again and offer me a discount to keep the product - very badly concealed stalling tactics. I have now threatened legal action. DO NOT TOUCH THESE SCAMMERS.
Seems to be a common theme that incorrect / additional orders at checkout
- no free gift as in promotion was included, that was also charged.
Immediately requested refund and apparently order was already dispatched..
Runaround to get approval for returning the products and a refund.

Scam company. Ordered patches and I am still waiting for delivery after over 2 months. They gave me fake tracking number too. Company with least interest of delivering product or quality. Very bad experience from the start and didn't even get a chance to physically touch and check the product.
In November 2025 my intention was to order 1 GPL-1 Patch from Gentle Patches instead, they sent me 6 & charged me $215.00,as soon I realised what they did,I sent them email & asked them to return my money as I only wanted one. They replied to me within 2 days & told me after I receive them to send 5 unwanted ones back to them for my refund at my expense,which was $22.00.
On 14th on December 25,I was told that they have received my unwanted patches & I will get my refund soon.on 25th of December I contacted them again & was told that there was some delay & she. her name was Rabia from care inbox & that she will personally speed up the process.
Subsequently,after not receiving my refund,I sent them email,on 11th,17 th
of January - they haven't responded at all.
Regarding the patches that I used for a month, please don't waste your money , they did absolutely nothing for me & in fact, I put 1 extra kilo.

Do not do it! I honestly worried it’s a scam, praying I am wrong & they make it right! I did a one time purchase, & somehow got locked into a subscription when I tried to cancel they told me I don’t have a subscription with them, on there end it was a one time, yet came out my account months now, I’ve emailed them so many times. I’ve been super patient. They actually got back to me multiple times but with absolutely no help, no money back, not able to cancel. I have to go to my bank & report it.
As far as the product goes, I couldn’t tell any difference, no weight loss, no appetite changes, energy the same, honestly couldn’t tell anything. Yet everyone is different, what don’t work with one may for another but honestly i wouldn’t do it based off what I'm dealing with!!!!
I ordered one gentle patch that was supposed to cost 13.99, but my bank was charged 125.99 instead. I reached out to the support team right away, and they responded promptly, instructing me to return the item once it arrived. I did so with signed and recorded delivery. However, despite multiple emails, I have yet to receive any response, and I am still waiting for my refund of 125.99. This situation is extremely disappointing and upsetting for me.
I placed my order three weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent several emails, but the only response I receive is that they are processing it, which is unacceptable. There's no timeline or explanation for the delay. Extremely disappointing service.
