They sent the wrong color and now I have a dark green spot on my hood. Wrote to the company and was told someone would contact me... and no one ever did. Sent an email after my complaint and I followed up. They only asked if I received my paint and did it arrive. Not satisfied at all! Pay a little more and go through the dealer.
It was easy finding the paint color and type product (i.e., spray, touch up bottle, touch up pen). The product I ordered came as promised and in great condition. I ordered the touch up bottle to hide little paint chips. When I applied the paint, I stood back to evaluate and couldn't find where I had the chip. It totally disappeared! Great color match! Quality seems good, shipping was slow but my primary issue is their website and follow through service. Ordered Pens for three of my cars with one being a completely different shade based on the color selector they use on their web site for the year make and model. They admitted that their system is incorrect and that I should have ignored their website. They never offered to make it right or honor their guarantee.
