This company is thriving on people in distress and profiting even when services aren't provided. Do not use this company, as they will charge you $199.00 for their "services" and then if they can't help you, you will still be charged $99.00 "cancelation fee". They run a very shady brokerage and essentially call other businesses on your behalf and play the middle man to gain profits. They have most certainly caused financial strains to people and there families many times due to taking there potential customers money and not refunding it immediately when services are not rendered. Consumers Beware!!!!!!
I requested a tow on November 8, 2015, and was informed that a towing service would reach out to me. They did contact me and said they would arrive in 45 minutes. While I waited on a busy interstate, the police stopped, and a stranger approached my vehicle. After the 45 minutes passed, I called the towing service only to find out they had canceled my request due to an accident and had advised that another company should be dispatched. I was given a customer service number, where I learned that no one else had been sent, and it would take another 45 minutes. When I asked to cancel and call 911 instead, they agreed without issue. Surprisingly, my account was not charged for the tow, but on Thanksgiving, I was billed $99.00 for a cancellation fee. I have submitted two online requests for the refund and made five phone calls. As a 73-year-old, I felt unsafe on that highway, and the service did not provide any assistance.
I unfortunately needed a wrecker Sunday morning. This service was exceptional! The driver called me to verify my location and ensure that I was in a safe place. He was very nice, professional and efficient. Hopefully I won’t need a wrecker service again anytime soon. However if I do they will be the one I call!
I was stuck far out of way and Jordan came and saved me! Even waited while I had a potential lock smith at the location try to pop it on but no luck. So when that didn’t work out Jordan showed up in no time in fog at midnight. I’m very appreciative of everyone who helped me. Thank you!!!
