The paint I received was not the correct color code. Paintscratch does not have all paint chips for RV's and I understand this but they mixed a different paint code that matches the same model, different color. They don't see where they made the mistake even though it was well explained with photos. I thought they figured out the mistake and their emails were vague enough for me to believe that I had a new batch coming that might be correct. Over a week later I asked for the tracking and was informed they couldn't help without sending in a sample. This puts me behind on timeline and is not a solution from inconsistent emails and not specifically letting me know they could not help.

17 days just to get one little bottle of touch up paint. A common color so it wasn't a special order. No idea how places like this stay in business. Once I saw how long the order was taking, I went to my local paint shop and they mixed up a bottle in 15 minutes. They were also not any more expensive. I guess if you don't value your life slipping away while you're waiting, then paintsratch is an ok choice. I haven't even used the paint yet because I sold the car. That's how LONG they took. So the paint could also be horrible quality, who knows.
