17 days just to get one little bottle of touch up paint. A common color so it wasn't a special order. No idea how places like this stay in business. Once I saw how long the order was taking, I went to my local paint shop and they mixed up a bottle in 15 minutes. They were also not any more expensive. I guess if you don't value your life slipping away while you're waiting, then paintsratch is an ok choice. I haven't even used the paint yet because I sold the car. That's how LONG they took. So the paint could also be horrible quality, who knows.

I was a one time customer trying to repair my bumper with their complete kit and everything worked fine except the actual paint can was faulty and wouldn't spray. I've sent a defect description twice with my invoice# and all I could get was a we're sorry. All I asked for was a replacement can of paint and still no answer. Thanks Paintscratch. You guys are the tops!! 👍
