I visited to inspect a vehicle and noticed a scratch, but the branch refused to address it before the purchase. They held my deposit for three weeks due to an internal error, despite my repeated requests. When I finally decided to proceed, I didn’t receive a call to start the process for several days, which led me to purchase elsewhere. They violated my privacy by searching through documents in my glove box, then denied it after quoting information from those documents, claiming they weren’t snooping. I wouldn’t recommend this seller unless you want a frustrating experience with your rights disregarded and no accountability.
