The shipping took almost a month, but it comes all the way from China so it makes sense. I love my bag. It’s amazing quality and it matches the photo that’s on the website. I love it so much. I will definitely order from them again.
I genuinely wanted to trust this site, but sadly it appears to be a scam. Be cautious, as positive reviews might be from individuals managing these illegitimate sites. I placed a large order and was very excited to receive my items, even planning to order more, but thankfully decided to wait for my first order, which of course never arrived. After two weeks of tracking information showing no updates, I contacted the site. They responded saying they would update the tracking info (which is illogical since that can't be done manually) and that delivery could take up to 17 business days. We're now far beyond that timeframe. The tracking still indicates the goods were never received, and no one is responding anymore. Please avoid making the same mistake I did with this site. I am incredibly disappointed.
The only positive aspect is that the products look just like the pictures. I had no idea the order was coming from China, or I would have canceled it. Since they didn’t fit, I needed to return them, and that’s where the trouble started. Their service is extremely poor; initially, they resisted my return and tried various tactics. When I finally understood I’d have to pay for shipping, I got a Chinese address, which you can imagine is costly. This all began in early September, and today (11.10) I’m still fighting for my money as it feels like they’re non-responsive. No one replies to my emails.
