Delivery was slow, and one panel arrived damaged and without packaging. They offered a 10% discount if I trimmed the panel myself, which is absurd. I will choose another option in the future. Customer service is slow, and there's no phone contact available. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
The website claims fast nationwide delivery, but it took two weeks for my order to ship. The panels that arrived were completely the wrong color, and even the labels indicating the color were cut out. I tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, but they haven't responded. A shocking experience.
The panels are ok. No, they aren't the best quality on the market, but they are cheap compared with others so you get what you pay for. The false advertising, poor customer service not replying to emails and the lighting kits they sell are the real problem and the things to be aware of. Take a chance on the panels if you don't mind the slightly lower quality, but whatever you do don't order the lights kits. I made this mistake and the kit arrived all covered in Chinese writing, the lights were not wired in, you need to strip the wires, solder them into a transformer that is badly built and not adaquate for multiple wires, then you have to buy a wire for a plug and wire in a plug to the other end of the transformer and then hope it works somehow. I requested to return for a refund but don't expect I will hear back. £130 wasted.
Ordered 5 dark grey panels and 2 of them were completely different colour. Have tried to contact this company by email a few times and no response. I have just had to pay another £90 for the correct ones so I can finish my project and I am now out of pocket. They also were supposed to be delivered last Sunday so me and my hubby came home early from our weekend away and at 11am got a message to say they would come the Monday! Not a great experience at all. Can I just add that the panels are lovely and great quality. It’s a pity the customer service lets them down as this would be a great company
Get a tape measure and check you delivery when it arrives. You will find you have been sold the panels they claim not to sell 15mm foil laminate, not the 22mm real wood veneer you think you have ordered. Even says this on the packaging. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My 77 year old Dad ordered from here not really knowing any better. They have no contact number, will not reply to emails. Did have a brief chat on FB Messenger and just told to email. They have plenty of time to push their corrupt business on Facebook. Other reviews suggest receiving inferior panels if they finally do turn up. Asked for a refund but totally ignored!
Absolutely happy with the purchase, for that money they are brilliant, Jessica helped a lot via emails, delivered without any problems, I knew the delivery day a week before , so could do a plans to receive it without any problems. Thanks again
