Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered x5 280cm x 60cm smoked oak wood panels in December. After countless emails and calls back and forth arranging delivery dates, only for them to cancel and rearrange multiple times! After the third time I have asked to cancel and to refund! Absolute joke of a company - do NOT use and would not recommend!
There was a complete lack of customer support. I attempted to reschedule a delivery that unexpectedly arrived on a Sunday! I received no response. I wouldn't want to deal with a faulty product in this situation. I won't order again, despite the potential for more business.

I placed an order on 3rd December specifically because they promised delivery within 3 to 10 days, which was perfect for my decorators. After emailing three times for updates, I was assured by support that it would arrive on time. However, I received a text stating delivery would be on 15th December, which is unacceptable. I've had no response to my last two emails, and now there's no one available to accept the delivery, delaying my project. Please rearrange my delivery for tomorrow.
I was skeptical about receiving my order after reading various reviews, but I did receive it on the promised date. The driver called the night before, confirmed the drop-off, and arrived at 7 AM with my order. I'm very satisfied. Thank you! Highly recommend.
I ordered these panels a few weeks ago and initially panicked due to lack of order confirmation, fearing it was a scam after reading negative reviews. However, I received a delivery date and the correct panels arrived undamaged. The only difference from the more expensive version is that the MDF strips are only faced on one side, which wasn't visible once installed. The strips are securely stapled, making them easy to work with. I can't comment on customer service.
I placed an order on 20/11 with a delivery date set for 01/12, but there was no delivery. I emailed and was told it would arrive that week, on 07/12, but again, no delivery and no response to my emails or calls. I only reach a voicemail. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
