I recently ordered a screen protector for delivery to Portugal. It should have arrived this week, but when I checked its status, I saw that the delivery was attempted but failed due to an insufficient address. All details were correct, but the building identification wasn’t passed on. They didn’t contact me at all. I reached out to the delivery service, but they said nothing could be done. The package is at the distribution center, and despite offering to provide additional information or pick it up, they said it wasn’t possible. Now, they plan to return the order, and I’m unclear about the next steps.
