What I can say is that the support from Xiaomi is virtually zero. At the same time they are half the price of Samsung so you take your chances and pay less money. However they are equivalent of Samsung in China.
I will warn you that the artificial intelligence or algorithm really not IAI is set in a certain way that the cleaning software that looks for duplicate files ends up deleting your own data without your permission so I would recommend using a new phone or a workaround but don't stick with this particular model unless you are happy for your data to be destroyed randomly without your permission.

Never buy Xiaomi CCTV! Their support is bad. I go to their customer service center at Paragon, Penang Malaysia. Their knowledge on the CCTV product is so little. Asking u to take photo, video etc so that they can ask other service personnel.... Can see they are not so keen in support CCTV
I reside in Italy, and my order has been stuck since December 24. I reached out to customer service via email, but instead of receiving assistance, the support agent told me I should communicate in Italian instead of addressing my issue. When I clarified that I do not speak Italian and used English, the response I got was that I was dealing with the Italian branch, so I needed to write in Italian, despite no effort to resolve my concern. This is unprofessional behavior for a global company. Customer support should prioritize finding solutions rather than debating language.
The company provides smartphones with excellent specifications at a competitive price, offering significantly better options compared to others in the same price range. Although there is some pre-installed software, it doesn’t interfere with usability, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.
The gallery feature on this phone is incredibly frustrating. It places half my albums in a confusing 'Other albums' folder, making it a hassle to find what I need. There’s no way to disable this feature, and attempts to organize my folders via my laptop have failed. I will not be purchasing from this brand again. The battery life is also disappointing.
I thought I had experienced bad customer service before, but this is on another level. They provided a return label for three faulty units, which I returned, but now they want me to send photos of items I sent back weeks ago. They even asked for an invoice for the items, which they should be able to access themselves. It’s infuriating. I plan to initiate a chargeback today.
