I couldn't access or use the app without complete guidance from my farrier. It was extremely slow to load if it did but most of the time I experienced 'errors' where the page/link wouldn't load at all.. very frustrating!
I'm using this app to communicate with my riding instructor. We book lessons via it, have feedback notes, videos and photos etc. I also pay her invoices via it. I find it really useful to have everything in one secure place and can go back and read my lesson notes at anytime.
It’s very easy to use. I like how you can have profiles of horses to keep track of each one and the messaging is quick. It looks nice too. Being able to pay through the app would be a bonus, I have paid my invoice but it doesn’t mark it automatically as paid as you need to BACS it. The practitioner has to mark it as paid on the app. All round though, it’s a great app.
