I’ve been using Paperform for years, and at this point it’s much more than a form builder in my workflow, it’s the front-end layer of many of my automations.
I’ve built everything from event lead collectors with QR codes to a personal scheduling system similar to Calendly, NFC business card generators, and automated client qualification funnels that trigger different workflows in Zapier. What I enjoy most is how natural the editor feels. It doesn’t feel like “building a form.” It feels like writing a document that happens to be interactive. The conditional logic and answer piping are powerful but intuitive, I can build fairly complex flows without touching code or overcomplicating things.
It integrates seamlessly with the tools I rely on daily like Google Drive, Asana, PandaDoc, Slack, Zapier, and has allowed me to eliminate repetitive tasks that used to consume hours every week.
What I appreciate most is the balance: it’s simple on the surface, but extremely powerful underneath. It gives me creative control and operational efficiency at the same time. It’s genuinely one of the software tools I enjoy using the most.

Great platform to collect a large amount of information! I found paperform to help with coordinating registration for our christmas program and needed help with my form. Their customer service was so helpful and everything worked perfectly!
