And my matter is still unresolved from January 2026.This message refers to my previous post relating to unauthorised deduction of funds from my bank account. A deduction you made without seeking my permission to do so.Yet, I receive numerous emails requesting me to remove my review. The line they use: "In line with resolving the matter completely to proceed with the refund and ensure your details are cleared, We kindly ask you to take the necessary steps as written in the last email."I will not remove until ALL monies are refunded.
