Terrible, no customer service, no contact or email address, the telephone number rings and says they are busy please leave name and address and someone will contact you, then the phone hangs up, no delivery updates and they still have my money, never again! Order number: 154828925.
P.s please do not respond with the same reply you’ve responded to like below, asking me to use the contact form, which doesn’t exist, will now contact my bank for the refund.
I used the web for the first time and appreciated the quick delivery, but I rated it only 2 stars as the ordered perfume arrived without any protection in the box. It was just placed inside, and the box was so damaged that I can't even gift this fragrance now. I'm quite disappointed. I can't believe there wasn't a single padded wrap to safeguard the fragile perfume. I'm relieved it didn't break, but I'm uncertain if I will order again from this service.
I have yet to receive a response to my complaint submitted on December 27th about a leaking perfume bottle. The issue stems from inadequate packaging, as it was placed in a much larger box, causing it to move around and leak. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, and it was quite disappointing to find it in that condition. It's frustrating that there has been no progress so far, but I continue to wait for a reply each day.
I have not received the two orders from you. You mentioned they were sent to the delivery service, but they appear to still be pending. Additionally, one of my orders shows two payments: one completed and the other still pending. I am quite concerned.
