Paid to park in carpark . Used my bank card . So I have proof that Ive paid . Im not great with computers so can't send them the proof plus why should I show them my bank statement ? A modern company should be able to cross reference the payment . Very stressful and time consuming experience .They are still threatening me with debt collectors. Can't anyone stop these gangsters ?
This company is a bunch of thief's. We got a ticket for parking in Lidl's car park in Laufenburg Germany, when we shopped there. There is absolutely no way it took us three hours but received a parking ticket, when the row we were parked in didn't even have any signs about parking duration, and they didnt answer our request for them to prove we parked there for 3 hours We are taking legal action, this unserious, unscrupulous company invent parking tickets, and rely on you not questioning them, Immoral thief's
Received two parking tickets for parking in a disable only car park despite displaying a valid disable badge. I have used this car park previously with no problem. Following my appeal, I received an acknowledgement and then nothing.I have rung them and mailed them about the result of the appeal, but to no avail. When I enter the parking notice numbers into the web site I am notified that it is wrong identifying number. Is this a scam?
Used the Tesla charger at the The Park Royal Hotel in Warrington Xmas Eve. Didn't realise I had to register my vehicle at reception. Issued with a parking penalty. Used the online chat Shirley cancelled the ticket when I explained. Refreshing to receive such humane customer service. Thank you Shirley
This is complete scum. I parked at Lidl did my shopping and 2 months later received a fine for 30€! What!? I'm Never going to that supermarket again! And this company is disgrace to humanity! Trying to steal my money from poor citizens is what their business is all about!!!
Carelessly issue fines without checking systems.I Received 2 PCNs for 1 nights stay! I Issued proof of payment for over night parking and they only cancelled 1 PCN then sent the other for Dept collection!- How does that even work!!!I'm then threatened with Pay or face Court... Is no one watching these companies as they Rob the Public?
I just want to add my experience with this company. I appealed after receiving a penalty charge. I parked regularly on a Friday for two hours and was certain that I had paid the charge as usual. However, I paid in cash and received no receipt (makes you wonder why). Why would anybody in their right mind risk a £60 penalty for a £1 fee. So the company responded by stating that the attendant hadn’t seen a ticket on the car (no attendant and no ticket to put on the car) and that as I couldn’t produce a receipt??? the charge would stand. Truly an apalling company.
We just parked the car for few minutes in parking but only the parking disc was set properly they charged me 35 euro. It's terrible they only steal the money from people like anything. Customer service is very rude and not cooperative. very worst experience.
