Just a brilliant service by Alex all round. He came and collected my bike. Talked me through what he thought was needed, ran all the costs by me first and then delivered the bike back and honestly it’s in the best condition it’s ever been. Highly recommend!!

Alex was quite booked up when I contacted him but he very kindly made effort to squeeze in 2 repairs on my little girls bike. Great communicator. Prompt return. Fantastic service with his collection and delivery service. Would highly recommend Alex ⭐️
When I first called Alex, he was fully booked for several weeks unfortunately for me because as well as having my two bikes serviced, I suddenly found that they both has flat tyres. However, when he got a last-minute cancellation/postponement, he took the trouble to get back to me and came and serviced one of the bikes and changed the inner tube within a couple of days. He picked the bike up and returned it promptly and also provided some advice. He was very helpful and I would definitely use him again.
Alex provided excellent service! He was super convenient and flexible, picking up my bike from my doorstep, which was a huge plus. Prompt and quick with responses. The servicing job was fantastic - my bike feels like a brand new bike. Had it back to me quickly. Highly recommend Alex for all your bike servicing needs! Will definitely be using your services again.
Alex came out at the earliest opportunity he had to take my sons bike away to look at over the weekend,after some little darlings decided to mess around with the rear wheel and gears.Upon arrival Alex took a quick look and quickly resolved the problem of realigning everything back to working order.I will not hesitate to use Alex again.Great service thankyou Alex.
