Absolute SCUM!!! and a disgrace to the country!!!!!(if they are from this country) I downloaded the app and registered both my car's which I would use on different occasions, I paid for parking and went on my way. I have just received a penalty charge for £60 and CCTV of my other car! I must have clicked on the wrong registration.When I appealed against it with proof of payment receipt and my account details,they turned round and said nothing they can do it was my fault for putting the wrong registration in?? They are pure SCUM!!! and deserve to have their business shut down! It's Just a money spinner!! When it was a genuine mistake by myself.
The worst company of its kind. Shameless company, received a 30 € fine for exceeding the allowed time by 5 mins. I did not pay within the time limit and the amount increased to 39 €. I pay the original 30 € and the remaining 9 € becomes in one week 28 €!!!! It is so ridiculous, if you do not pay for a month for any reason, the amount will soon be above 100€. A joke company. By telephone to explain or even ask not reachable, they force you to pay to avoid crazy increases in the original fine. A disaster really.
Absolute disgrace.I have parked and paid cash several Fridays in a row recently, never staying beyond my allotted time. I now have 2 x £60/£100 fines and I suppose there will be two more soon for the following Fridays. I am accused of non payment and their evidence is photos of my car entering and leaving. Of course I entered and left! I parked there! My mistake was to pay cash. No tickets were ever issued. Hence I cannot prove my innocence. By default, they can't prove my guilt but I very much doubt my two appeals (thus far) will get anywhere. As I say - a disgrace.
This is criminal activity disguised as business. An appalling way to treat customers. I'm not sure if there is a parking operators Ombudsman, but I shall investigate. This underhanded, unethical practice should be stopped.
Received a parking ticket when I was unable to pay as all 3 machines were out of service. It is very common that 2/3 are which is poor.Tried to appeal the ticket but received no response and was forced to pay the fine as a debt collector was insructed.
OK , I've seen the reviews and many people like I did would have grievances with Park & Control. However. I parked in one of their car parks at a hotel in Cheshire where I was meeting my sister (who was staying there)to finalise last minute arrangements for my Father's funeral the day after. I was given a ticket £60/£100 due to me not knowing there was parking restrictions at the hotel . I sent in an appeal on the ticket and it was rebuffed by the appeal department and I was sent the standard letter under section such a such etc I would have to pay the PCN so I paid £60 and sent an email to them saying I that the wrong that they do to people would come back to them (karma) .My email was picked up by a Lady called Samantha (customer services) who took the time to review my case again and liased with the appeal department and considered my circumstances. Samantha issued me a refund of my PCN , Sent me condolences on the loss of my Father and apologised for any inconvenience caused. This blew me away that much I had to write this long winded reviewThank you Samantha
You have average score 1.1!?!? Don’t you think you are doing something wrong in your business? Or you just think all the car owners that stop at your parking are stupid fools? I thought to come here and leave review of my horrible experience with your company, but now I see that you just don’t care about your customer relation.
Took my daughter to her Prom and in the excitement we had payed attention to the signage as we had other things on our minds, like her arrival etc. As with many other parents we parked our cars and watched everyone arrive, was there for just over 1 hour but didn't enter the venue so didn't see any payment machines. Staff from the Venue didn't advise. tried expalining this to Park and Control and they were not interested!! £60 on top of the expense of the Prom during a cost of living crisis is appalling!
Park and Control sent me a parking fine 6 months and 1 day after the alleged incident. I phoned them up to find out what the ticket was for and was then informed that because the incident happened over 6 months ago I can't appeal it and its been passed on to debt collectors and the fine is now £175. Upon further investigation I found out that the fine was for not entering my reg number on an ipad inside a building I was visiting. The building owners subsequently admitted that no ipad has ever been installed in that building. My ticket was then cancelled but only after a lot of effort on my part and with no help from Park and Control.
