Delivery driver was extremely incompetent. Went to incorrect address twice, didn't understand my instruction over phone, I could barely understand him! When a person at the last incorrect address helped him get to the correct home, he handed the heavy package over the front fence to my 76 year old mother to carry to the door!! Absolutely terrible. Ordering process easy, delivery left very sour taste.
