Review Time
Waited 15 days after placing the order and it still hasn't shipped out. Tracking shows the consignment has been registered with the couriers but there's still no information on the expected delivery. I have contacted the customer service team multiple times but don't seem to get any useful updates. Will be organizing be organizing a card charge back at the end of this week if it doesn't show up. Avoid this company, there are much better options out there like Strapify or Oz Straps.
I bought 2 Apple Watch cases. Really good looking and seems pretty solid compared to some other ugly ones out there. What was more impressive was their customer service. In the first shipment one of the product I received was a bit faulty. I emailed them with photos etc and they sent me another, no hassle. Keep it up Parkfield. Yes I highly recommend.
