Review Time
I come from Australia and ordered this product because it appeared to be legitimate. I ordered on 14 Oct. Still not received. When I tracked the order, it says that they 'attempted delivery'. However when I check with my local post office to see if it was delivered there, there was evidence whatsoever that it had been. Also there is no way to 'unsubscribe' with them, which I meant I had to then contact my bank to cancel my credit card, so that no further transactions could be deducted. I have sent a couple of emails now to the company, but have had no response. I have just wasted close to AUD$100 on this useless company. Wish I had know beforehand. I would definately not have clicked on this product. Buyer beware! Especially if you are not residing in America.
I bought four boxes of Nmn and resveratrol from Partiqlar and contacted them to cancel the order. They said the order was in transit. I contacted them to postpone the order, but they didn't respond. I sent them numerous emails, but they didn't respond. They're scammers. This is the order number: PQ41971.
Well, I will tell you that after trying and taking a bunch of supplements to get the results I have accomplished with just one NMN soon I will be eliminating most of the others, last night I ordered Resveratrol to boost the effect but one word will describe how I feel. AMAZING.
Partiqlar went above and beyond with exceptional customer service when my order of 6 bottles was 1 bottle short! They not only sent me a replacement for the missing bottle, but they sent me 6 more bottles!! WOW! That is an unheard of show of integrity from a company in today's "me first" mentality. Not only am I happy with the product, NMN, but I am totally impressed with their customer service!
I just want to start this review by saying if it were not for great customer service reps, like Eve, this would have been a disheartening review. Those delivery people are atrocious, have a 1 star review, and should never be left to reflect a company such as this. If I get into discussing it I'll upset myself all over again! However I was very fortunate that Eve stepped in and handled the situation with reassurance and a promise that was fulfilled; and speedily at that! Thank you for having someone like her working in your company. You need people like her with a delivery company such as they. As for the supplements, I can come back to give an update because it has not been enough time to see results, but we've been taking them for a few days now and feel no ill affects. I'll do an update. Heartfelt thank you once again ❤️🕊️
