I had a good experience reaching out to the service for registering our child. They were quite professional and clearly explained all steps and requirements. We visited two locations where we encountered very friendly and helpful individuals who did their best to show us around and answer our questions. We were pleased with the service, even as English speakers.
There is a high turnover of staff, and the administrative team seems disorganized. I’ve encountered issues with overcharging and discrepancies in payments, but no one seems able to address these concerns. Reports from my child indicate that children are often left unattended. When I called to report that my child had been left out, the administrative staff refused entry to my child. The place looks appealing, but the staff's behavior was disappointing and rude. I cannot recommend this service.
To fellow expats: I'm at home with a high fever once again. I have never been this ill in the past six months, and my child has also been sick multiple times since starting daycare. They may say it's about 'building immunity,' but it feels different. The daycare facilities are not clean, and basic hygiene rules are often ignored—sharing unwashed toys and pacifiers is common, and caregivers frequently skip handwashing. The floors are so dirty that my child comes home with brown knees. I found inspection reports indicating that our local facility failed last year. I will be lodging a complaint soon. It’s shocking to see such a poorly maintained place in a developed country. They use 'pedagogy' as a term for their supposed good practices, but it’s clear they lack understanding. If you have specific dietary needs, forget it; they won’t accommodate your child. Their routine takes precedence over your child's needs. Despite the claims, there is no regular child development happening. Requests for emotional support are minimized—just give a pacifier or toy and walk away. Many times, I visited to find eerie silence, with children appearing lifeless and forced into rules. This environment is not healthy for young child development. We will be withdrawing our child as soon as possible. Avoid signing up.
They make an effort, but are often hindered by a lack of staff. There is no real development occurring, just feeding and napping. Individual attention to children is minimal. Often, an entire room of kids is crying, especially the younger ones. Since my child started attending more than three days a week in the last six months, he has been sick 10% of the time, and 30% of the time, there has been a disease outbreak. We waited nearly a month to complete onboarding after our contract began. I likely won’t be staying much longer or will reduce attendance to a minimum.
