I have erased my last review cuz I was told someone was going to help me with my problem but still no one has and I need either my 500 refund or store credit. I was never got my refund for a in accurate transaction. I have my receipts and approvel papers from Harlem Bling company saying they will make it right and it's been almost a year and still nothing. Granted I shop on this site all the time and have numerous pieces that I love and wear now but this particular time it was a mis handling of my order I will continue to write review till someone response to me and help make it right I have a lot of followers on my social media account and will share this. It's not FAIR and I don't have 500 just to throw away. I have all paperwork to prov everything I am stating.
The jewelry appears attractive, but one piece that was advertised as 925 silver began to peel and flake. The warranty provider issued a virtual card for the purchase amount, but I can't utilize it since the price of the item has increased. The platform doesn't allow for split payments, leaving me in the position of having to buy something I don't want with the amount provided.
I bought a 12mm 24in 3D silver moissanite chain, and the craftsmanship is exceptional—it's truly my favorite piece in my collection! I will surely make more purchases from the seller; this is my second order with them! The jewelry quality is top-notch, all at fantastic prices!

After a long search for a trustworthy jewelry site, I decided to give it a shot despite my reservations. About a week later, my order arrived, and everything looked fantastic. I was genuinely pleased with my purchase and relieved that it met my expectations.
On the positive side, I was very impressed with my jewelry upon arrival; it matched the website's description, and the brilliance of the two rings was incredible. On the downside, the lack of a contact number is concerning, especially after spending over $1,000. If there were a customer service number, it would enhance my confidence as a buyer. I would have rated it 5 stars otherwise.
