Experience with Passport has been frustrating at best. I have been attempting to find a package that they managed to get across the border but inexplicably cannot seem to find or get the rest of the journey. Blame has been cast everywhere but they themselves do not take responsibility. Their logistics strategy seems to be based on a hope and prayer that it will get delivered. They have admitted their updates are unreliable and the package may not be where their update is. Policies cannot be articulated and best they can ever say is give it a few more days to see if it will move.
Excellent service. Kept up to date with where my parcel was. The timeline was spot on and my parcel was delivered with care. I look forward to many more deliveries by Passport
Delivered to the wrong address. They saw two numbers in the address, picked another number and dropped it off at that house. Thankfully, I recognized the door from the photo. The package was also dropped off a couple steps from the sidewalk, which would have made it easy to steal. Gave it 2 stars because the package was intact and the picture provided helped me ID the house where it was dropped off.
Second order received from supplier. First one was amazing - but the second one the jacket is too small. Can you return if you are an international customer - yes you can but the cost of the jacket £70.00 is less than then return - £102.00 - they do not credit your card - you can only have instore credit - this is not acceptable in this day and age. Have been left with a £70.00 jacket that is not fit for purpose - shoddy service.
