"My order was delivered incorrectly. I specifically ordered budgie bird food, but I received goldfinch food instead. This was not a minor mistake — it had painful consequences and resulted in the loss of living beings. Proper verification should have been done before delivery. Extremely disappointing experience. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its quality control to prevent this from happening to others."

The worst supermarket in France

The worst supermarket in France. Everything is a franchise so there's no consistency. Prices are exorbitant and quality is very low. If you buy fresh products in a packet one or more will always be rotting already.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FRANPRIX. The store managers use abusive and bullying measures to coerce customers. I have spent over 500€ in their store on rue Dareau in Paris in the past year, with never a problem. Suddenly today, I enter the store and purchase just a bottle of flavored water for 1,50€, after exercising at the sports gym adjacent, and the management insist in searching my bag. Mistrusting them, I instructed them to call the police. Twice.. They refuse to call the police. During this time, several people walked out of the store without purchasing anything. I will tell the people at my gym to avoid Franprix They try to bully people to purchase large amounts of products in order to avoid having bags searched.

Good little supermarket at the bottom of our hotel while we were on holiday. A little expensive but overall better than UK

Displayed price is different from the barcode

I have this experience today, I bought a pack of "poireaux", at Franprix rue St. Placide, Paris 6eme arr. , their displayed pricing is different from the bar code. The cashier guy said to me, if you wanna buy it or leave it. Very pathetic cashier. besides the pricing is very expensive, at the cashier. Franprix stop this faults. Your employees cannot even say sorry to their incompetences. C'est pas agreable.

The manager of Franprix 118 Rue Lamarck…

The manager of Franprix 118 Rue Lamarck is one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I arranged & paid for 2 deliveries (of wine worth almost €1000 - about 18 bottles in total) & used them as a 'pick up point'. Chronpost told me the wine was there to be collected, when I went to pick it up, she told me 'nothing for you' - after much research and effort, it transpires they rejected the delivery because 'it was too big' - it's a supermarket FFS - and to top it off she was rude in every interaction with me....a really horrible, vile human being
