I saw Paulmann lights in Hornbach. Although people working there were very kind, they couldn't help me with my questions as they didn't have enough of knowledge. I tired also other stores that are selling Paulmann lights: Praxis and Bouhof. My wish was to have 2 types of lights on 1 rail, and to be able to turn them on and off, just set of lights. I called Paulmann and ladies were very helpful. Explain me what I need to bay to get my wish, and what I need to be careful, what additional things I need to buy, that i forgot about it. It has been a very long time, since I got such a kind and helpful treatment when I asked for help. They very kind, helpful and friendly. Also delivery was very fast. I got my items in 4 working days. I checked packages and everything looks alright. Lets hope installation will go that smoothly also.
Great experience. One of the lights in my order was faulty. Paulmann replaced it with no questions asked. Did it all via their online chat which was very easy and efficient. Their products are very high quality (they survive outside year round in our British weather just fine) and stylishly designed - love them.
I think product support is really important and being able to reach a human person is invaluable instead of a robot.These lights and systems can cost quite a lot of money and being certain.. pays out. Although a telephone number is provided there has not been anyone picking it up.
