I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from this company. I ordered blinds on Thursday and paid for next-day postage. I received them on Monday at 8:15 am.
Unfortunately, after installing two of the blinds, the third was too large. The blinds were not cut to my measurements when I phoned the auto-service would just cut the call after 5 mins after several attempts, I received a message stating the store was open between 9 am and 5 pm. I phoned around midday and explained the problem. Initially, I was told I would receive the blinds by Friday. I explained that I had paid for next-day postage and I wasn’t at fault with the blind being wrong size
On Friday afternoon, I had to contact customer service again to find out what was happening. I was told the blinds were being made on Tuesday.
The customer service I received was extremely poor. I will not be using this company again.
Had a frustrating experience with this service. I ordered some blinds and the tracking indicated they were being made. After waiting for two weeks, I followed up only to find out they were out of stock! I received no prior notice. I would have chosen a different seller during the January sales!
I ordered custom-made venetian blinds for my home during the summer, and they arrived in excellent packaging. The blinds look fantastic and are easy to install, fitting perfectly in each window. I was so impressed with the quality and service that I decided to order additional blinds for my daughter's home. Once again, they were simple to fit and look stunning. One of the reasons I chose these blinds was their maximum size option, which eliminates the hassle of cutting down standard sizes found in stores. I wholeheartedly recommend these blinds and will choose them again when my other daughter gets her own home.
I've had a frustrating experience with the service. As a long-time customer who has previously recommended them to others due to my satisfaction with the products, I decided to order new shutter blinds this year. Unfortunately, this has turned into a frustrating ordeal. I've placed three orders since August 25, spending over £1500 and paying an extra £19.99 for express delivery, which turned out to be just regular delivery times. There were no email updates after the initial confirmation, and the manufacturing and delivery speed were lacking. I've had to reach out multiple times without any clarity on the delays or what my express delivery payments were supposed to secure. The service seems to be getting worse with each order. To make matters worse, after complaining last week, I was told my item would arrive today (December 1), but I just received another email stating that it is ready and I will be contacted by the courier for a delivery slot. I doubt it will arrive today as promised. It's unfortunate because the products are really good when they finally arrive.

I’m still waiting for my blinds. I emailed and called the representative, who was unhelpful and kept telling me to wait another 5 days. I requested a refund but was told I couldn’t get one. I keep having to follow up. This experience has definitely discouraged me from ordering blinds this way again. I understand things can get lost, but I expect a refund for the inconvenience!
Everything was delivered promptly and exactly as described—great value! When I made an error, I called and spoke to a representative who quickly resolved my issue. A real star in customer service, especially considering many other companies fail in this area. Thank you so much—if you’re considering ordering, don’t hesitate!
