Ordered a pair of ladies black boots. When I collected them they were not the same boot as the picture on the website. Shop assistant was very helpful & checked the product code on the boots against the order item which was correct but the boot was incorrect. She couldn’t explain why the website picture was misleading & showing a different boot. The boot in the picture wasn’t available or stocked.
