Initially, I had doubts about this website after purchasing headphones as a gift for over €100 (around 1200sek). Unfortunately, they weren't what my partner wanted. However, my experience with the support team was outstanding. I received a prompt response, especially given the holiday season, and the representative was incredibly accommodating. They offered a replacement at no extra cost due to minor issues and issued a full refund upon request. This experience made me feel secure about ordering from this site. I highly recommend this website for its exceptional service; the positive reviews I read were absolutely accurate.

In another region, this product is sold for 70 Canadian dollars. The descriptions on the website and the expert’s recommendation are misleading.
UPDATEAfter making my case to the support team I was provided a pre paid DHL return label. The return has been shipped today I’ll wait and see until I have my money back but satisfied by the response. Maybe include that prepaid label with the email confirming return approval instead of having this chatbot replying that you don’t provide any QR code or pre paid label. The delivery went well no package damage. I didn’t open the original box so can’t say if the headset worked well or not.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I bought a Bluetooth headset oneodio A10 from Shopsta €105. My son wanted another headset so I tried to return this one. No return label and AnPost won’t send outside Ireland anything with a lithium battery; it would have been €20 still. DHL best price was €65. I am better off keeping the item now. Return policy ZERO.
I had bought Headphone from Shopsta. The initial purchase & delivery was super quick and easy. I then decided to return the product and this was just as quick and simple. Ada from Support helped and held my hand all the way through she is an absolute star. I cannot recommend Shopsta enough. The Customer Service is 2nd to none!!
I bought a desk lamp that charges from your computer. It's very versatile, having 3 different light levels, two arms and the body also rotates. It will be handy for power cuts and also during my peak electricity when I switch everything off. Really recommend this item.
