I ordered the items 12/11 and have tracked it since as the amount was taken from my bank account 13/11 Tracked information said it was still in progress I have telephones today 24/11 and have been told the 2 items are ready for collection however no one has told me this or sent an updated e mail. I have been told it is because my account is Hotmail. Com
