My boots are gorgeous. Real leather and just as described. The only problem was i wasnt informed of any tracking or when they'd arrived in store. I only knew when this review request was sent more than 2 weeka later, so i called in. Customer service and tracking needs to improve
Ordered a popular style in long winter boots. Pavers chased around until they found my wanted colour and size and delivered them to my local Pavers shop to try on. Took a while but they persevered, boots great and I’m wearing them. Really recommend the lovely staff at Port Solent Pavers, thank you.
