Normally 5 star but on this occasion did not receive notification regarding my order. Had to send an email to inquire…no reply…phoned pavers customer service who then informed me that my order had reached my chosen store and had been there for 5 days…the store had sent a text but it hadn’t reached me?
The staff were very helpful especially to my husband and arranging the choice of his shoes which he found very comfortable and thought he would not be able to find them.Your staff did all they could to help him and to finally purchase the shoes he had been looking for.
Great experience. Helpful staff. The boots i bought were on offer, which was great. The staff member asked if i wanted the treatment, it makes the boots last longer in good condituon, due to the solution put on them. I did this. I also wanted some trainers, but my size wasnt in stick, so they managed to get me my size from a diffetent branch. Cery happy.
