Review Time
Absolutely loved the boots, and took them out yesterday for their first walk. So comfortable, as all Pavers’ footwear is. But I noticed along the way that something weird was happening to the fabric, and by the time I’d got back again, there were strange marks and pattern disappearing all over them! No idea how that was happening! I looked at other reviews, couldn’t see anyone else saying the same thing, must have been a very weird one off. My 5 star review is for how brilliantly Pavers’ customer service team dealt with it. They responded to my email within minutes with the perfect solution. They were as baffled as me! So, they’re on their way back to them, and I had notification straight away from both them and Evri that a replacement pair were on their way to me. We all know that things go wrong from time to time, that’s life; but what’s so very important is how those situations are dealt with. This was just perfect, and many organisations could learn from them. Thank you Pavers!
Ordered boots 20th November to collect in store, 21st November they are on their way apparently. After that nothing and it's now the 26th. Order said should have had a separate "they have been dispatched" e-mail after original order placed. Nothing. Would not do the same again.
