My order arrived within a few days. When I collected it I was asked if I wanted to try them on before I left. I did and found they were slightly too small. I was told they could be returned straight away. I then bought a different pair while I was there.I was also notified on the same day that my refund would be returned within 2 days. Really helpful staff.
