Avoid, really not worth it.

Avoid, simple. There's a reason there rating on here is 2.8.I ordered a total of 39.04m2 mint sawn sandstone slabs, ~120 slabs, unfortunately ~40 arrived damaged and beyond use which is ~33% damaged. Some of the damage is rust (tried cleaning) so nothing to do with transit.Emailed their customer service, received a poor response back stating that they will only replace 5.22m2 worth of slabs meaning I don't have enough to complete my project. I've got plenty of photos to back up my claim, which I've supplied to them. My advice is to go with another supplier with better customer feedback than this one!

Quick delivery Really happy perfect condition

Really happy, delivered within the week. I bought 3 pallets not a break or a chip in sight. My builder was extremely happy how it went down and with the finished result.

The slabs arrived in time but out of the 50 I ordered, 10 were damaged. Paving Uk refused to replace the damaged ones and were not helpful after the original order was placed. Woyld not use them again

Ordered 40sqm of tiles and although…

Ordered 40sqm of tiles and although delivery was reasonably fast, the quality of tiles weren't good. Different sized (cut) which made my builder's life really difficult to balance. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who is looking to the details.

Late delivery, missing items, rude and unhelpful customer service.

Placed an order for 5 samples on the 16 May - next day delivery. Placed the order late so wasn’t expecting them till at least the day after.On the 23 May a package arrives with only 4 samples inside. I phone to see what’s going on and they said the 5th hadn’t been cut, was being cut as we speak and would be sent out ASAP.7 days later I phone (on the 30 May) and ask where the sample is. It still has not been sent. No comms or updates about this (a simple email explaining the delay would have been absolutely fine) So I said this doesn’t fill me with confidence about placing a larger order. The lady got very stroppy on the phone, said she would refund me and then hung up. Quite frankly they can’t deliver on time, don’t communicate, don’t fix problems and are rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
