This company is a scam I asked for a full refund and was told I had to send the empty packet for a refund. When I explained it had gone in the bin and my bins had been emptied i was basically told that’s tough no refund then.

Buy with confidence

We have ordered several blankets from PAW.Com.They are wonderful blankets. We have one on our couch, in our car and on our beds. They wash up nice and last through washing well. Recently needed customer service and they were awesome. I highly recommend PAW.COM

Nice products/major hassle to return

They have very nice products , but you need to be 100% sure , that your order doesn't need to be returned , as that is a huge hassle and even after going through all of it , I was still not able to return the product...Update: They just emailed me, that I could donate the bed to a shelter and that they would reimburse me my money ...so it seems , I do get it sorted out finally...Unfortunately you can only communicate over email with them, as they've gotten rid of the phone support , witch would be so much more convenient , but the person whom helped me out via email was very nice and helpful....

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. They have a fake business address, no phone number and when I went to pick up click and collect, there was literally no building. Thankfully I had bought through after pay and my payment hadn’t come out yet otherwise I would never have been able to recover it. They sell $400 dog beds, but you don’t actually receive anything. You’ve been warned.

I had a defective mattress ( just folded instead of rolled). Which had a ridge on it.I sent a message to Paw and they were quick to deliver a brand new bed!That was awesome great team and service.

After Multiple Outreach No Response

I ordered a product from this site, but their system is connected to Shop. After updating my proper address once I put my email address in, it changed my shipping address. I called right away. No response. No call back. I emailed and no response. I waited over the weekend as well. I called and tried to use their chat system. NO RESPONSE. Over the weekend apparently, the item was "delivered." What kind of business these days doesn't have customer support? Horrible experience.
